IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LEARNERS FOR 38TH CONVOCATION

Greetings from IGNOU Regional Centre Kolkata!
We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to you on completing your programme with IGNOU. However, we regret to inform you that due to limited seating capacity at the convocation venue, we are unable to invite every eligible learner to attend the ceremony in person to receive the degree.
We sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may cause. Please be assured that your degree is ready for collection. You may collect your degree from the IGNOU Regional Centre in Kolkata on any working day after March 5, 2025. Our office will be open for degree distribution during regular working hours. Those learners who opted to receive their degrees by post, we shall dispatch the same immediately to their registered address.
Thank you for your understanding, and once again, congratulations on your accomplishment. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
