List of Learners Invited for 35th Convocation

Dear Learner,

Congratulations!

I am glad to inform that you are eligible to receive your final degree certificate during the 35^th convocation of the university on passing the final term end  examination of the university held in December 2020/ June 2021. 

The main function of the convocation will be held at Dr. Baba Saheb  Ambedkar Convention Centre, IGNOU Campus, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068 on Tuesday, 26^th April 2022. The convocation will be held simultaneously through teleconference mode at our Regional Centre on the same date. The programme will start from 11.00 hrs onwards.

Regional Centre Kolkata will hold the convocation on Tuesday, 26^th April 2022 at R.N.C. Auditorium, Vidyut Bhavan, DJ Block, Sector II, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700 091.

In the said connection you should follow the instructions given below:

        i.            The learners attending the convocation shall strictly follow COVID-19 appropriate behaviour including wearing face mask, maintaining social distancing etc.

      ii.            Please bring your Identity Card issued by the University, when you come for the Convocation. In case you have lost your Identity Card, please get a duplicate card issued by the Regional Centre.

    iii.            Please bring a sum of Rs.  250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only) towards the security deposit of the Convocation Scarves. The amount shall be refunded on return of the Scarves.

    iv.            Please register your name and collect the Scarves from the designated counter between 10.00 am to 11.00 am Tuesday, 26^th April 2022.

      v.            Please be seated in the designated place of the auditorium before schedule time with scarves.

    vi.            Only the learners are allowed to be inside the auditorium.

  vii.            No hand bag, briefcase, camera, weapon, electronic gadgets should be brought at the venue of the convocation.

viii.            No plastic carry bag/bottles/food packets etc. is allowed inside the auditorium.

    ix.            Mobile phones must be kept in silent mode inside the auditorium.

      x.            Please submit the duly filled up Alumni Format during collection of your degree certificate.

    xi.            The learners attending the convocation  are requested to enter through gate No. 3 and 4 of  Vidyut Bhavan for the  auditorium..

  xii.            Guests are not allowed.
