Following Study Material have been returned by the Postal Department at Regional Centre Kolkata due to non delivery at your correspondence address.
Please visit Regional Centre, Kolkata on weekdays Monday to Friday (10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.) along with Original IGNOU I Card to collect your return study material. In case you are unable to come, please send your representative along with authorization letter and IGNOU I-Card.
