IN CASE YOU ARE UNABLE TO COME, PLEASE SEND YOUR REPRESENTATIVE WHO SHOULD CARRY PRINT OUT OF APPLICATION FORM/ IGNOU IDENTITY CARD AND HE/ SHE SHOULD CARRY HIS/ HER OWN IDENTITY PROOF( LIKE PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD ETC).
